Regular meditation in Christine's life has transformed Christine’s body, mind and soul. Regular meditation helps her not to be thrown off track from her greater purpose by negative thought loops repeatedly playing fears about the future and regrets or disappointments of the past. Adding meditation on the daily has upgraded everything in her life, including overall health and connection in her most important relationships. Christine is a lifetime learner and highly values the benefits that come with living in a balanced state of health in Mind, Body and Soul. She has studied a plethora of healing modalities which encompass both science based, traditional medicine and non traditional eastern models of healing. She continually studies new techniques and eastern medicine concepts to enhance your wellness experience even further. Christine will give you practical tips to establish a customized self care program that will help you fully heal, from the inside out.
Studying under Deepak Chopra and his team of Ayurveda, Meditation and Yoga instructors has revealed to Christine that the truth of whole healing lies in our unique and dynamic balance and alignment of our mind, body and soul. We can help ourselves and promote healing and good health by obtaining Somatic Intelligence, which is the innate awareness of recognizing the state we are in and the ability to modulate our own nervous systems. When we recognize and support ourselves, mind, body and soul, we activate the all powerful Vagus Nerve, which touches every organ. The Vagus nerve calms us and deregulates our systems to reset us into a parasympathetic state of “rest & digest” mode. When our mind is quiet, as it is when we enter the resting awareness state of meditation, growth, detoxifying and healing happen. None of that good stuff transpires when we are spinning on overdrive. This is just the tip of the iceberg for meditation benefits to your whole self. Christine demonstrates Somatic intelligence and displays commitment to a yogic lifestyle that maintains her own dynamic Perfect Balance.
