Manual Therapy is the biggest healing element in PT. At Perfect Balance your entire one-hour treatment is spent with clinic owner Christine Doblar PT, as no clinical support staff is used. Christine brings over 30 years of Osteopathic, Myofascial and Neurological based manual therapy experience to her patients. As the former Director of Stanford University Pain Center, she has treated thousands of patients with chronic pain.You'll receive an in depth body analysis, education on your diagnosis and prognosis, and a customized self-care program to keep the pain away and get you moving. You will benefit from hands-on therapy and find relief and understanding, usually within the first visit.

At Perfect Balance we use a practical body action plan to rediscover the vital you. You will learn how to take care of your body and it's unique needs. At Perfect Balance Physical Therapy Christine can help you heal quickly and you can maintain your wellness through obtaining Somatic Intelligence, which is the innate awareness of recognizing the state we are in and the ability to modulate our own nervous systems. When we recognize and support ourselves, mind, body and soul, we activate the all powerful Vagus Nerve, which touches every organ. The Vagus nerve calms us and deregulates our systems to reset us into a parasympathetic state of “rest & digest” mode. When our mind is quiet, as it is when we enter the resting awareness state of meditation, growth, detoxifying and healing happen. None of that good stuff transpires when we are spinning on overdrive.
